Arizona's Printer Services Inc. Toner Cartridges have been specifically manufactured for use in the corresponding machines as described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Compatible and remanufactured cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for 1 Year dated from the date of purchase. These cartridges are manufactured or remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, in most cases in ISO 9000 or 9001 certified factories, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the OEM.
►In case of a defective product or dissatisfaction with the quality of a product:
- Please email us at Techsupport@azps.com or call us 1-520-722-4187.
- Let us know what is wrong with the product. We can often solve the problem with some troubleshooting tips.
- Once verified that the product is indeed defective we will issue an RMA # and will mail or fax you a return shipping label to ship the defective product back to us. We will also ship you a replacement product right away if you so desire.
Arizona's Printer Services Inc. will bill you for advance replacement products. Once the defective product has been received at our warehouse, and tested, we will issue a credit. You may also just request a refund, including shipping charges for defective products.
►In case of non-defective returns: the procedures are the same as for any other return.
- All non-defective products returned must be returned in the original packaging with all its contents and original packaging material, free of any markings on the boxes. Returns of non-defective products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Non-defective items must be returned within the warranty period.
►At Arizona's Printer Services Inc., it is our desire to process returns as quick as possible. Arizona's Printer Services Inc. cannot process a return without issuing an RMA #. Please DO NOT send products back to us without an RMA # as we cannot issue a credit for returned items if this happens. Please email us at Techsupport@azps.com or call us at 1-520-722-4187 for an RMA #. We prefer you to email us. Please have your order # and date of purchase
Shipping Rates and Policies
►When you place an order we will try our best to ship your order within 48 hours. If a problem occurs we will notify you as soon as possible.
►We will process your order for shipping after your transaction is complete and money is transferred.
►There are times when an order can not be shipped in a timely manner (14 days): your order will automatically be canceled and all money will be refunded. If this happens you will be notified by e-mail.
►Arizona's Printer Services Inc. reserves the right to choose which company we use to ship your product * UPS * Fed-x * US Mail *
►Arizona's Printer Services Inc will do your best to keep your freight as economical as possible. There are variables that will determine who we use: Your address, the size of box, weight of box, business or residential address.
►Arizona's Printer Services Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
